    •    Ready-to-Ship Items: In-stock and available for immediate shipment.

    •    Made-to-Order Items: Crafted specifically for you upon placing a pre-order.

 

2.    Shipping Times

 

    •    Ready-to-Ship Items: Shipped within five (5) business days of your order.

    •    Made-to-Order Items: Production takes up to six (6) weeks. Once completed, items ship within five (5) business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for all orders.

 

3.    Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties required by their country.

4.    Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your order’s progress.

5.    International Shipping

​

We ship internationally with free shipping. However, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

6.    Delays and Backorders

While we strive to meet shipping estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delays happen, we will notify you with an updated shipping timeline.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom designs are produced after thorough pre-approval, ensuring your satisfaction.
